Very impressed by the care and efficiency of Dr Ivan and the vet nurses. Ivan was very thorough and gave great advice and recommendations for my dog's condition, and I felt comfortable proceeding with the surgery at a specialist vet hospital that he suggested. My dog is very timid and anxious, and all staff handled her kindly and compassionately, and I'm very grateful. Thank you.

Prescribed large pills for a tiny cat. We had to break them which made them jagged and painful for her to swallow. Went back to exchange them for an easier method, only to be charged a second dispensing fee.Could they not see these pills were too big for a tiny cat. Lack of care evident!

VetWest Mandurah look after my cats and dog. They are absolutely winderful. Dr Dan is and the vet nurses are all so caring I would not go anywhere else.

Kalmpets have changed our lives. We saw Dr Kate on 2 occasions with my dog, for what I thought were 2 unrelated issues, but were in fact very closely related. On both occasions Dr Kate diagnosed him, explained clearly what was happening after listening to my descriptions, and talked about treatment options. A written summary was provided after the consult, and Dr Kate was available via phone and email for follow-up issues and questions. I am so grateful that we started our journey with Dr Kate. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, non-judgemental and incredibly caring. My dog is so lucky to have such a phenomenal team caring for him and helping him to live his best life.

staff disgustingly rude. not their problem system not work..click and collect must be run from another planet. and even thought funny when said how disgusted with service i was... will pay bit extra and get from a local vet...issue everytime we use click and collect and then for staff to think its funny you cant get what you have paid for is unbelievable.

Great variety of products however I noticed that their hermit crab and Betta fish enclosure was extremely subpar. I would hope that a petshop that advocates for proper care of animals would look after their own.

Highly recommend, I bought an ecollar for my dog from here just before Xmas for my dogs obedience and a bit of dog reactivity. We use the collar daily and my dog love it when the collar come out.After searching around online and locally I found this place had the better products and advice to get you on yr way. Thankyou..
