Insane that they refuse to give dog medical records to dog owners even with proof of ownership. They say their policy wont allow them to share dog records with owners, only other vets. Smug unhelpful customer service

I recently visited this clinic for my pet's mites infection and was very impressed with the service provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, which immediately put me at ease.The vet, Dr Vicky who attended to my pet was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all of my questions and providing helpful advice. They took the time to make sure that my pet was comfortable throughout the entire consultation, which was greatly appreciated.I was also pleased with the reasonable prices of the services offered. The clinic's pricing structure was transparent and fair, which made me feel confident that I was getting good value for my money.After the consultation, the doctor even followed up with me to check on my pet's progress, which was a nice touch. It demonstrated a genuine concern for my pet's wellbeing and was very much appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of professional and compassionate pet care. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the follow-up care is exceptional.

Dr Vicky, Dr Rena and the team are the best. Their care and expertise in treating exotic / small animals as well as dogs and cats, has saved and improved quality of life for a number of our bunnies. I am forever grateful for their kindness.

We visited Greencross for the 1st time with a foster dog, who was getting spayed, before she went to her forever home. Absolutely fabulous treatment of both humans and canine. We will be using Greencross for all our veterinary needs from now on, for our own canine and recommending them to our friends and neighbours when they want good vets.

Dr Vicky took amazing care of our sick rabbit. we've swapped to these guys being our regular vet, based on the thorough knowledge and care we + our rabbit received. cant recommend highly enough. Fantastic rabbit vet, passionate + knowledgeable.

Friendly, helpful and they pay attention to the individual needs of the pet. I have a rescue cat who has only ever been to the vet once before I got him. They do their best to make things less traumatic for him and suggest alternatives for treatments if he won't tolerate usual methods. The Healthy Pets Plus program is well worth it and they always follow up to check on my boy when he's not been well.
